Aggy’s academic experience lies in the elementary of coordination and quality management. Her passion for people is unquestionable; she is very professional and able to be the best leader of the company. She has very good coordination, quality and supervisory experience and has served in the ICT sector and Project management environment for over 22 years. Some of her duties were to control and monitor Project Services and Quality Management to mention but a few. She is an agent for change and has proven to be very influential as an individual. She’s a public speaker where she motivates people about self-love and beauty tips. 8 years as Chairperson of Women Organizations and Youth Initiatives for Community Development puts her at the heart of societal challenges. Aggy Mabedlhe has coordinated various Events and also plays a meaningful supporting role in Charities; these are the few things that make her the jewel of Xihlovo a company of Vision Incubators.
Kulani Mabedlhe • Event and administrator Assistant
Kuli is still a high school teenage student that has been given an opportunity to be groomed as an administrator for Xihlovo. Her passion is being accountable on responsibilities that are assigned to her; she normally says “every cent counts”. She has shown her skills and commitment through her school academic records by executing all her responsibilities as a boarding school student as requested and expected of her. The positive feedback we receive from her teachers are that she’s always helpful and shows passion and dedication to what she does; be it sports, drama, monologue and her school work. She also has good computer skills. Xihlovo has full confidence in her to become a future business woman and steer the company forward.
